Information we collect
When you contact us or request an appointment, you may provide your name, business name, email address, telephone number, preferred appointment details and information about your project. Our current booking form prepares this information for you to send through WhatsApp; it is not stored in a website database.
How we use information
We use the information you send to respond to enquiries, discuss potential services, prepare proposals, deliver agreed work, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Our lawful basis
Depending on the context, we process information because you asked us to take steps before entering a contract, because it is required to perform a contract, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and improving our business, or because the law requires it.
Sharing and international services
We may use trusted service providers for communications, hosting, analytics, project delivery and administration. WhatsApp and other providers process information under their own privacy terms and may process data outside the UK using lawful safeguards.
